So last week on Top Chef: Just Desserts the cheftestants made four Godiva chocolate pieces. Since I did not want to pay $20 for 8 pieces of chocolate I spent like $2 or 3 on one lol. This one is Chocolate Mendiant - Dark chocolate ganache between two dark chocolate disks, topped with bits of organic dried apricot, tart cherry, and sea salt....man it was good!!

This is a cake I did today. They customer wanted the cake frosted in blue/purple with the batman symbol. What I did was frost the cake in blue and lightly airbrush over in purple. Then I did the yellow and then the black bat symbol.

wow was it windy today! Cookie was enjoying looking out the window looking at the leaves. So I went outside and got her a leaf to play with, man was it cute to watch.

Yes you are seeing black and white. The photo itself is of a fake flower arrangement my mom has. The original picture look blurry, but was not really burry. My eye were like STOP looking so I was in iPhoto and I was messing with effects and decided to turn it black and white and liked it so much better! woot
